Acceptance of Terms

By using Panchtatva’s services including astrological readings, Vastu consultations, tarot card readings, numerological consultations, and personal counseling (in person or online), clients agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Service Nature

Panchtatva provides guidance based on ancient science and traditional astrological and Vastu principles. These services are for informational and spiritual growth purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that all advice and predictions are interpretative and subjective. Results may vary based on personal circumstances. Clients are responsible for their actions based on the information provided.

Payment and Refunds

Payments must be made as agreed before services are rendered. Refunds are at Panchtatva’s discretion and generally not provided for completed consultations. In case of cancellations, advance notice is required for refund consideration.

Confidentiality

All personal and session information shared during consultations is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Panchtatva and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use services, or reliance placed on the information provided.

Intellectual Property

All content, including reports, writings, charts, and materials provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Panchtatva and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

Communication and Recordings

For online consultations, sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes with client consent. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their communication devices and platforms.

Changes to Terms

Panchtatva reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, from where Panchtatva operates.
